New wheels

Decided from the start that this build was going to be on the wild side (more to come on that), so the original 10" or the more common sport upgrade wheel size of 13" wasn't going to cut it. So, back to Kijiji search which turned up some nice clean 16" wheels and tires. The tires were decent shape, but are going to be replaced anyway with something in a lower profile and with a stickier composition.
